Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Mamont Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data collected through this website, mamont.ae.

The organisation responsible for your personal data (the data controller) is Mamont Media, Office 015, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us about privacy at any time by emailing business@mamont.ae.

Our business and the scope of this policy

Mamont Media provides B2B digital marketing, website development and IT consulting services. The company does not sell goods, resell third-party services or provide gambling services.

This policy covers the website and the enquiry form only. Personal data we process while delivering services to a client is governed by the contract with that client.

What personal data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive:

your full name and work email address (required);
your company name and phone number, if you choose to provide them;
the service you are interested in and the project details you write;
confirmation that you have read this Privacy Policy, and the date and time of submission.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Security and operational data. To protect the form from abuse, the website keeps a short operational log for each submission attempt: the outcome (for example “sent” or “rejected”), the domain part of the email address, the selected service, the message length and a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. The log does not store your name, full email address, phone number or message. Temporary rate-limiting records also use the hashed IP address. Our hosting provider may additionally keep standard web-server logs (such as IP address, requested page, date and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect. This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools, and it does not build visitor profiles.

Why we use it and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or take other steps before entering into a contract with you or your company.
To keep the website and form secure, including preventing spam and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

By submitting the form and ticking the acknowledgement, you ask us to process your details to respond to your enquiry. Where the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, we rely on your consent and, where relevant, on processing that is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing business@mamont.ae; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing emails. If we ever introduce a newsletter or marketing communications, we will ask for your separate, explicit opt-in.

Enquiries are sent by email to the business mailbox business@mamont.ae. Access is limited to Mamont Media staff who need it to respond and to manage the client relationship.

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

Website hosting: Gcore (virtual server in Frankfurt, Germany)
Business email: our business email provider

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

International transfers

If a service provider listed above stores or processes data outside the United Arab Emirates, we will make sure the transfer meets the requirements of the law that applies to us, for example by using providers in jurisdictions with adequate protection or by putting appropriate contractual safeguards in place. You can ask us for details of any such transfer at business@mamont.ae.

How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting discussion or engagement. If no business relationship follows, we delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.
The form’s operational log is stored in monthly files that are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Rate-limiting records expire after 24 hours.
The session cookie is deleted when you close your browser (see our Cookie Policy).

If a contract is signed, related records are kept for the periods required by applicable law and the contract.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:

obtain information about, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data deleted;
restrict or object to certain processing;
withdraw consent you have given;
receive your data in a structured format where this right applies.

To make a request, email business@mamont.ae. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the competent data-protection authority — for matters under the federal law, the UAE Data Office.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, the form is protected against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse, and enquiry emails are sent through an authenticated mail server. Configuration secrets are kept outside the public website. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

Children

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary session cookie to protect the enquiry form. We do not use analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to external websites, such as official platform documentation and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. No external content or map is loaded on our pages until you choose to follow such a link.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
