Google Ads Management

Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display campaigns built around how your customers actually look for what you sell — set up cleanly, measured properly and improved on evidence rather than habit.

Sound familiar?

The problems we are most often called in to fix. Each one has a practical answer that can be tested and measured.

Spend keeps rising, clarity does not

Budgets grow but nobody can say with confidence which campaigns produce enquiries and which simply consume money.

Tracking you cannot trust

Conversions are missing, duplicated or counted on the wrong action, so automated bidding learns from noise.

An account that grew by accident

Years of quick fixes leave overlapping campaigns, broad keywords and settings nobody remembers choosing.

Reports without decisions

Pages of metrics arrive every month, but none of them tells you what will change next and why.

What we take on

Audit & strategy

  • Account and conversion-tracking audit
  • Keyword, audience and intent research
  • Competitive landscape review
  • Budget and channel planning by objective

Build & setup

  • Campaign and ad group architecture
  • Ad copy and assets (sitelinks, callouts, images)
  • Google tag, GA4 and Google Tag Manager configuration
  • Negative keywords, location targeting and ad scheduling

Optimisation

  • Search-term mining and query hygiene
  • Bid strategy and budget allocation
  • Structured ad and asset testing
  • Landing page recommendations

Reporting

  • KPIs agreed before launch
  • Regular reports with written commentary
  • Change log with the reason for each change
  • Quarterly review of direction

How the work runs

Four stages, each ending with something you can review before we move on.

  1. Stage 1: Audit

We review the account, tracking and landing pages, and agree what success should mean for your business.

  2. Stage 2: Plan

Campaign structure, budgets, keywords and measurement are written down before anything is launched.

  3. Stage 3: Build

Campaigns, assets and conversion tracking are implemented and verified end to end.

  4. Stage 4: Improve

We optimise on a regular cadence and report what changed, what we learned and what comes next.

What you walk away with

Concrete outputs, documented so they remain useful to your business whoever works on them next.

Google Ads: common questions

Do you work in our account or yours?

Campaigns run in an account owned by your business. We work with the access you grant, so the data, history and billing relationship stay with you.

Can you guarantee a certain return?

No. Results depend on your market, offer, budget and website, and no one can honestly guarantee them. What we commit to is a clear plan, disciplined execution and transparent reporting of what is and is not working.

Is advertising spend part of your fee?

Usually not. Google bills advertising spend directly to your business through your Google Ads account, separately from our management fee. The exact arrangement is confirmed in your proposal.

Can you take over an existing account?

Yes. Every takeover starts with an audit, so changes are made deliberately and nothing that already works is broken in the process.

How soon will we see meaningful data?

It depends on budget and search volume. New or restructured campaigns need a learning period; we set expectations for your specific case in the plan, not in a sales promise.
